The process
You can either book one of my packages or ask for an individual consultation. After an initial meeting, I design a tailored strategy for your company—offering supervision, management and team workshops, one-on-one consulting, and comprehensive strategy development. During this initial meeting, we will assess your company’s specific requirements together and identify the most suitable solutions for your business.
Afterwards, I visit your premises to conduct an initial assessment and gain a comprehensive understanding of your operational needs. Depending on the size of your organisation and the scope of services required, this process typically takes between half a day and two days.
Following the assessment, you will receive a tailored proposal for your company featuring two customized service options, allowing you to select the solution that best aligns with your objectives and budget.
