About me

I’m Gina Kern-Obrist, a business communications and strategy consultant based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, with a strong background in communication, marketing, leadership, and organizational development.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Science from the University of Fribourg and a Master’s degree in Business Communications from the HWZ in Zurich. Throughout my career, I’ve continuously built on this academic foundation with further training in corporate leadership, coaching, innovation management and facilitator education.

Over the past years, I’ve worked extensively in the marketing and communication field, both as a specialist and in leadership roles. As a team leader, I was not only responsible for guiding people and projects—but also for actively shaping and developing the internal culture of the company. This experience sparked my passion for helping businesses grow from the inside out.
